Jim Thomson, II, prevailed on a motion for summary judgment to dismiss a claim for insurance fraud brought against a motorist. The motorist successfully argued that Idaho does not recognize a private cause of action for insurance fraud and that the plaintiff attempting to bring such a claim lacked standing to do so.
